waterproof

indeed is waterproof, easy to put on (velcro), my feet still can stay on pedals but you will have your feet wet from the sweating of your feet. This product is not breathable at all so it is like having your feet in a plastic bag.
but it does what it says - waterproof. so i am ok. like the product.
