This is depending on the device that pulls the energy out of the battery. The capacity is effectively 71Wh, when a device needs ~70 Watt to work it will last an hour. When a device needs 35 Watt to work it will last ~2 hours. This is a very simple example and this is only the theoretic side since the environment temperature also plays a role and a device will fluctuate in its power need.
