These shoes feature a strong protective toe cap that defends your toes from knocks and injuries. Plus, the Heel Lock support system provides extra support and stability by reducing the risk of twisting your ankle. These safety features make the shoes an ideal choice for via ferratas and other challenging environments where safety is a top priority. Meanwhile, thanks to the G-Dry membrane, the shoes are waterproof and pleasantly breathable.
Customisable fit for maximum comfort
In addition, the Dragontail LT WP offer optimum comfort and a customisable fit thanks to their precise lacing and removable insoles. The lacing allows you to adapt the shoes perfectly to the shape of your feet, while the insoles provide added cushioning and breathability. This combination ensures that you enjoy a comfortable fit, even during long periods of wear and intensive activities.
Excellent grip on any surface
The Vibram sole of the Dragontail LT WP guarantees excellent traction and durability on various surfaces. Thanks to its special rubber compound and sophisticated tread pattern, it offers optimum grip on both rocky terrain and soft ground. Hi Ian,
You'll find the fit from Garmont to be extremely narrow for your needs , so best avoided.
If it's an approach shoe that you are in the market for then I would stick with Lowa or have a look also at the Hanwag Makra.
