Forgotten password

If you DO NOT receive an email from us in the next minute or so, then please check the following:

Are you registered with us?
Have you already registered as a customer in our shop? If not, you will have to create an account, and create your own password. Once you have registered, you can then simply login with your email address and password whenever you come to visit.

Is that email address correct?
Please check the spelling of your email address if you are sure you already have a customer account with us.

That didn't help either?
Please contact our customer service at Contact or +49 7121 70120 if you still have problems logging in even after you have verified your email address, are not receiving a "Forgotten password" email from us, and are certain you already have an account with us.
