The Bergtagen 30 touring backpack by Fjällräven has numerous attachment options for gear, making it ideal for hillwalking and mountaineering! The waterproof Bergshell functional fabric by Fjällräven reliably protects the contents against bad weather. Some synthetic fibres derived from recycled materials have been used in production. The side compression straps can also be used for attaching touring skis to the sides. Save space by attaching ice tools or picks to the two gear loops on the front. The roomy inside compartment also has an extra zip pocket for valuables. A daisy chain system on both sides of the front offers additional options for attaching other gear to the climbing backpack. The robust hooks on the Fjällräven Bergtagen 30 touring backpack have reflective elements that can be seen even in the dark and in poor visibility.

I've been using this pack for a year or so, for work and leisure, l carry out ecological surveys. The build quality is excellent and I find the range of pockets useful. I replaced the lid closure with a plastic snap-lock buckle, but that's just my personal preference. I put any electronic kit in extra waterproof pockets, but the fabric is very tough and water resistant.
