Product description
If you enjoy going on long tours, no matter the time of year, then you need a stable, lightweight, compact tent that can be stowed away in your backpack and that’s also super durable. So, you’ve definitely got to check out the Fjällräven's Abisko Shape 3!
Thanks to its flat construction, the slightly thinner materials and the DAC Featherlite poles, the 3 man tent only weighs 2560 grams. However, you’re guaranteed to have enough space in the vestibule and in the sleeping cabin to sleep and relax.
Thanks to the silicone coating on both sides, the flysheet is abrasion-resistant and particularly durable. This, along with the floor will prevent moisture from penetrating. Conveniently, the flysheet reaches down to the ground, so you can even set up the Abisko Shape 3 in the snow.
Another great feature includes the clothesline in the sleeping cabin and vestibule for drying your wet or sweaty clothes. Speaking of the vestibule, it’s spacious and offers plenty of room to store away your equipment and even cook. In addition, on particularly warm and dry days, it’s possible to roll up the flysheet and attach it to the two side pole arches to let some fresh air through. The tent also features reflective, tear-resistant Dyneema guy lines, so they’ll be easier to see in the dark. And, the DAC pegs ensure that the tent can stand securely and can withstand windy conditions.
The Abisko Shape 3 is a reliable, versatile and spacious companion for trips in southern Spain, in the Alps or for ski touring in Scandinavia.
