Lightweight sleeping mat for summer temperatures
The extremely lightweight Ultra 1R sleeping mat from Exped guarantees excellent sleeping comfort for mountaineers, cyclists and trekkers. It’s made from recycled 20D ripstop polyester and is certified according to the Oeko-Tex 100 Standard. This makes the sleeping mat not only especially light, but also extremely environmentally-friendly.
Environmentally-friendly mummy-shaped sleeping mat
Exped offers the Ultra 1R sleeping mat in various sizes, lengths and shapes. All mats are 7 cm thick and insulate with an R-value of 1.3. That's why Exped recommends around 10°C as the optimum temperature to use their comfortable air mat. In size M (Wide), the mat measures 183 x 65 cm and thus offers plenty of space for sleeping in the tent.
When brought along as touring luggage, it can be compressed toa size of 21 x 11 cm and weighs just 375 g. This makes the Exped sleeping mat the ideal sleeping surface from late spring to the first autumn nights.
