I like engel a lot for fabric and have this shirt in long sleeve. It looked great and so I was eager to get a short sleeve. It doesn't look at all like the picture. The neck line is crew and not round like the picture. The sleeves are really big (not petite like in the picture) and the waist is undefined. It looks good enough but I have had issues with Engel's cut and overall quality so I think the price is high for this item since it was not cut to spec. I am keeping it since it's still a good base layer but I won't buy it again
