Product description
The Edelrid Salathe is a lightweight climbing helmet that always delivers when it comes to protection. Boasting a foam core and a partial ABS hard shell, this helmet not only has a lightness to it that makes virtually unnoticeable when you have it on, but also provides the protection you need at the crag. This combination of materials protects both you and the helmet from rock and the like, thereby preventing injury and increasing its lifespan. The Salathe is much lighter than conventional helmets and features several vents to prevent hot air accumulating on the interior in hot summer temperatures. For comfort, it is fitted with soft padding on the inside, which can be removed whenever you need to wash the helmet. Lastly, the minimalist fit system makes for a great fit and saves more weight.
