Product description
Lightweight, thin single rope
The Heron Eco Dry 9.8 single rope from Edelrid is ideal for sport and indoor climbing, plus it comes with a range of great features. It has a PFC-free Eco Dry coating on its core and sheath, which ensures that your rope is permanently water and dirt-repellent. Water absorption is less than 2% according to the UIAA Water Repellent Test, so the rope doesn't mind changeable weather. With the 3D LAP COILING, it won't get tangled so quickly and you can get started straight away without having to constantly rethread the rope. In addition, the THERMO SHIELD treatment always keeps it smooth and comfortable to hold. At 63 g/m, the Heron Eco Dry 9.8 rope weighs relatively little while setting high standards at the same time, with a fall rating of 10.
The advantages at a glance:
- 9.8 mm thick single rope for sport and indoor climbing
- Core and sheath coating makes the rope permanently water and dirt-repellent
- No tangling due to new technology
- Always smooth
- Low weight and high strength
