Product description
Ultra-baggy, drop-crotch snow pants aren't your style, but the Dynafit Men's Mercury Softshell Pants are. Whether you're throwing down laps at the Nordic track or logging in vert at mind-numbing speeds, these slim-fitting pants won't slow you down as they follow every glide you make. You'll spend less energy breaking trail without baggy knees tripping you up, and the single-layer stretch fabric lets you kick through snow without ripping through your pants.Silver Shell technology is a combination of densely woven thick nylon and silver-ion-coated yarns. The dense weave helps this pant rebuff moderate wind and pointed drizzles while you seek suitable shelter from the storm. Even though winter breezes get turned away, the fabric isn't static. When you're working hard, outside air gets in to keep you cool, and hot air gets moved to the fabric surface to minimize uncomfortable ankle and knee sweat. The silver ions neutralize odor-causing bacteria that grow as your sweat rate outpaces evaporation. So at the end of a long, hard tour, you won't have to hang these outside the hut overnight. When you're getting fresh corn and only wearing boxer-briefs underneath, the polyester lining feels soft against your legs. Nylon cuff guards protect your inner ankles from inadvertent ski-edge scrapes. Snow gaiters hold the tops of your boots, and hem reinforcements help extend the life of this pant. From spring skiing to skating in the Nordic park to snowshoeing across a blank slate of white, the only opposition you'll get from the Mercury pant is in the form of wind and water resistance.
