Black Diamond named the Pipe Dream 45 Backpack after Maple Canyon's popular climbing area, and it's perfect for chilling in between burns on your projects. This pack has plenty of space for your climbing gear as well as lunch so you can stay at the crag all day. A three-point closure system helps the Pipe Dream open like a crash pad, giving you and your gear a clean comfy space to relax between routes. The lid is removable when you are crashing, and there are multiple pockets for smaller valuables. Internal gear loops make sure your draws don't tumble out on the approach.

It is actually a great design (bearing the eccentricism in mind). Streamlined and useful features, easy to load and unload etc. The only problem I have with the design itself is the fact that you have to drop the carrying system side in the dirt in order to use it to full potential.
