Product description
The Thorsen Parka from Arc'teryx is just how a parka should be - long. Thanks to the breathable and waterproof 2-layer GORE-TEX material and its warm, high-quality goose down and synthetic Coreloft insulation, you'll be perfectly equipped to take on any weather you may encounter over the course of your day. The body of the jacket is insulated with warm and lightweight down, whilst the hood, the back of the neck, armpits and sleeve cuffs are insulated with Coreloft, which is siliconised polyester. They've used this insulation in these areas because they tend exposed to more water. If you get caught in a cold rain shower in the middle of winter, the material will still retain its insulating properties even if the waterproof outer gets wet. Another advantage of the Coreloft insulation is that the parka will dry more quickly. We may all expect a city parka to have all functionality of an outdoor jacket, but there's no way we're willing to sacrifice style, right? Well, with the Thorsen Parka from Arc'teryx, you won't have to. It's got a simple, yet stylish design with all the functionality you need to withstand harsh city weather.
