Ski jacket for touring, freeride and powder
The Macai Jacket ski jacket from Arc'teryx is definitely a superlative winter sports jacket that knows how to convince with excellent weather protection, first-class thermal performance and a great selection of intelligent features. The insulated waterproof jacket combines functional GORE-TEX with a high-quality down insulation and thus combines two material worlds into a warm and waterproof unit.
GORE-TEX jacket with down insulation
Three-layer N40p-X GORE-TEX forms the waterproof and windproof outer shell of the Macai Jacket. Underneath, RDS certified down warms with 750 cuin fill power and combines with Down Contour LT and Down Composite mapping technology. Thanks to the high collar and helmet-compatible hood with down insulation, the head and neck area are also well protected from the cold, wet and wind.
The DropHood hood is also adjustable and completely detachable if required. Arc'teryx adds a water-repellent Water Tight front zip, Powder Guard ventilation openings and integrated powder skirt to this warm ski and snowboard jacket. In addition to the two front pockets, the jacket has a chest pocket, a sleeve pocket and two inside pockets.
