Simple but effective: The Bola 80 is a workout expansion option from Antworks. It may only consist of two wooden balls that are connected by a cord, but once you attach them to a hang board, you'll quickly realise what these little guys are capable of: You can train your pinch grip and really do a number on your deep muscles.
