Product description
Lightweight trail running shoes with plenty of grip
The Women’s Timp 5 from the running specialists at Altra are fifth-generation, lightweight trail running shoes. The slightly wider toe box ensures that the toes can spread out naturally and thus relaxes the foot posture. This increases comfort and keeps you stable while going up and down the mountain. Alta also equipped the shoes with a Vibram Megagrip sole for optimal traction on both wet and dry surfaces.
Good cushioning & breathable upper material
The Women's Timp 5 are definitely at the top end of the manufacturer's range when it comes to cushioning. This is due to their own strong Altra EGO MAX midsole takes the rough edges off any surface and impact, so you can concentrate on making rapid progress. The breathable upper material ensures a pleasant and dry microclimate inside the shoes at all times.
The advantages at a glance:
- Lightweight trail running shoes

Perfect for me for trail running in rough mountain tracks.
The 0 drop really help me.
The most durable trail shoes I have had so far. I bought my first pair this winter. Just starting to use my second pair and I bought a third pair for a 3 day challenge coming up. So that first pair lasted 6 months so around 500km.
