Versatile multisport shoes that offer great traction
Whether they’re for speed hiking, training, trail running or hill walking, the Rocket Dfs GTX from AKU will offer the comfort and traction you need!
Functional, weatherproof, comfortable and good traction
The multisport shoes are made of a lightweight and resilient blend with a rib-like structure and reinforcements. Their lining is equipped with a GORE-TEX Performance Comfort membrane that makes them breathable and repels moisture.
Thanks to the AKU Dual Fit System, you can adjust the fit to your liking. In addition, the Ortholite Hybrid insole in combination with the PU midsole and the EVA lasting board, they’re guaranteed to be comfortable, cushion your every step and provide stability. They’re completed by the Vibram Rocket Traction LUG outsole with the MegaGrip rubber compound that offers excellent grip and traction for fast tours on changing surfaces and difficult terrain. You need to bring the Rocket Dfs GTX on your next adventure!

I bought these shoes in October 2024 and found them immediately comfortable. I have worn them for hiking, single days and multi-day using B&B accommodation, in fairly gentle English terrain. They quickly lost waterproofing via cracking in the upper, in the area where the shoe flexes with walking. I have used them for no more than a few hundred kilometres.
On a four-day hike recently, with no heavy rain but a lot of wet grass, I was forced to wear waterproof socks, as my feet became wet within a short distance.
