Reviews overview
Praise vs. Criticism
Give it a chance
I almost returned this shoes. I owned the previous version of the Terrex and loved it. This one is very different and initially wasn't comfortable on my foot, but I decided to insist and it really broke in and is wonderful. So give it a chance.
the outer layer that hugs the feet is a bit high on the ankle and a bit low just before, so maybe the shape didn't fit 100% well on me, but after a bit of use it softened up and works well.
For that reason, and the fact that there's quite a low cut on the side, I've removed a star. If you step on a puddle, or are in the rain, the lower cut can let water in, so a bit of a miss there. That said, it's a detail, not a big issue, and I'd buy it again for sure.
- Advantages
- Waterproof
- Comfortable
- Good grip

Disappointed
I've used Terrex shoes for a while now, but am sad to say that these are disappointing. The right shoe rubs on the inside of my foot and is causing a blister. This hasn't improved after breaking them in. Then yesterday I was in my first proper downpour since buying them, and they let water in. Until then they coped well in light rain.
- Advantages
- Lightweight
- Price / performance
- Robust
- Good grip
- Disadvantages
- Not waterproof
- Causes blisters
