I need long or full leg length bottoms that have padding and are all-weather proof. I am only 5ft, so I don't want anything meant for a taller woman. I don't want to be out in wet or any kind of poor weather conditions ever again, but it's a good idea to have the right gear just in case. Cheers.

Hi Stephanie, I'm afraid that what you're looking for does not exist. The Vaude Drop Pant is a simple waterproof over trouser for cycling , nothing more. Basically, the only way to achieve what you are looking for will be to use a cycling short with padding and combine that with a trouser / over trouser when the weather is not ideal.
