Volume of each pannier & how to attach2bicycle

Hello, sorry but cant see how panniers attach to bicycle, please explain.
Also, is volume 40L per each pannier or 40L between 2xpanniers?

Hi Nina,

These are a pair of 24 litre panniers which can attach to pannier racks of 8-16mm tube diamter via the QMR 2.0 attachment system. Please see the following link to further information:
