Product description
Thanks to its 700 fill power goose down insulation, the Women's Trevail Parka from The North Face is guaranteed to keep you warm and comfortable. This insulation material is incredibly lightweight and contained in zoned baffles in order to ensure that the down is evenly distributed across the jacket. The goose down used by The North Face for this jacket was obtained exclusively from companies certified in accordance with the Responsible Down Standard (RDS). Both the warm hood and the high collar are insulated with down as well. As for storage, the parka comes with two zipped pockets that are perfect for warming up your hands as well. The North Face also added elastic inner cuffs to the Women's Trevail Parka for a perfect fit!

This is a waterproof, warm and very lightweight parka with a stylish cut.
Though due to bad stitching it loses its feathers way too quickly, and therefore loses the degree of warmth it holds over a long period. I've owned mine for two winters now, using it almost every day, and the filling has reduced by a third by now.
I think with improved stitching, if it were made to hold the feathers, it would actually not only start out keeping you warm (impressive the heat inside whilst very lightweight!) - but it would actually ensure keeping like that for a long time.
I'll buy it again when the stitches are improved to hold feathers in!
