Product description
Reliable companion for the highest mountains
The Assault Futurelight Bivy from The North Face is always ready for long high mountain tours! This rectangular bivvy bag is specially designed to meet the needs of alpinists and trekkers. It offers reliable protection from the elements, as well as space for a backpack and boots. In addition, the bivvy bag features a sophisticated material blend that has waterproof, windproof and breathability properties. The upper side is made from 3-layer, fully recycled nylon with a durable water-repellent DWR finish. This laminate is the unique Futurelight fabric which, in contrast to conventional membranes, is permeable not only to water vapour but also to air. The Futurelight nanostructure ensures optimal breathability AND ventilation without compromising on waterproofness and durability.
