Maximum power thanks to carbon sole

In addition, the Shimano S-Phyre RC9 feature a carbon plate in the midsole to maximise their stiffness, while a carbon sole enables efficient power transfer to the pedals. As a result, these shoes allow you to convert more energy directly into speed. Thanks to the SPD-SL sole standard, the shoes are also compatible with one of the most common clipless pedal systems around.
