I've owned two pairs of these now and love them. Waterproof. Worn them out to the pub, out with the dog and up mountains in North Yorkshire and the Lakes.

These are superb multi activity shoes. I've previously bought and used two pairs of Scarpa Vortex shoes for extended periods, in my opinion the Rush Trail are even better. Comfortable, stable, roomy and with great grip. They're not the lightest, but are an outstanding shoe

So, I have to say some words about my exp - I've been hiking more than 10 years, that's why tested AKU,Asolo, Scarpa, Meindl, Lowa, Salewa etc etc.
In particular, this was the first scarpa that I ordered simply on the website after reading reviews and not measuring it, but this does not change the essence of the problem.
So the boot is made with a tight cut, without unnecessary seams and joints. The design provides quite good water resistance as stated by the manufacturer BUT
I suspect that in this model there was a massive defect in either the water-repellent treatment of the nubuck or the membrane fabric inside the front of the boot was sewn incorrectly.
So yes, the boot gets wet at the first light rain in just 10-15 minutes, my socks are wet and this is even in the city. It was quite a disappointment and at first I thought it was just a defect in my model, but I bought my girlfriend the same boots a few months ago and when she tested them for the first time in the rain, they got wet in 30 minutes in a city in medium rain. In the same front part of the boot. So this is a critical massive defect in this particular model from the manufacturer.
I'm very disappointed, because this is not what you expect from a hiking shoe costing almost 200 euros without a discount with a gore-tex membrane.
Also, the model is very unsuccessful in terms of cushioning, I rubbed 2 blisters in them during the first 5 km of an easy walk in the forest in thick hiking socks, while the size was perfect, the problem is in the pad, which is too hard - and this is on the ground! I'm afraid to even imagine what will happen on hard stones.
So, after 3 models of shoes from this brand and 11 hikes in the mountains in them, I have to say that I have to refuse to buy further shoes from this brand, despite the fact that I 100% happy with Scarpa Mistral and mojito hike.
Perhaps I will be able to use them only for cycling, although it doesn't make much sense, the shoes are too heavy and don't keep moisture out.
The product was delivered well packaged and on time, and I have no complaints about the store.
