These are not a crampon compatible boot. They are much too flexible to support a crampon. sizing wise , there is no need to size up.
Also are these comparable with crampons?

Hi Chris ,
The Mescalito TRK is a bit of a hybrid approach shoe / trekking boot and here also but the Ribelle TRK is not as asymmetric in shape , has more cushioning at the forefoot and a better , all round sole unit with a deeper profile. Stiffness between the two will be similar but I would say these are the better walking boot.
