Thanks
Karl
Hi John,
I assume you're making a comparison with another boot. Which boot would that be please?
Sorry, I realised I didn't say after posting
Hi Sam,
These are a B2 boot and suitable for use with a semi-automatic crampon binding.
Hi, do these have more ankle support than the Lite version? Also, are you geting new sizes in stock (44.5)?
Hi Steve,
yes, the Ribelle HD has a stiffer shaft than the Lite version.
We will get the shoes back , but I can´t tell you an exact date, I´m sorry.
You can set up a notification if you click on the wished color and size, and then the grey button underneath.
Kind regards,
Marco
Hi, please could you confirm what rating this boot has for crampons?
Regards
Andy
Hi Andrew, these are suitable for use with crampons with either a strap-on or semi-automatic binding.
Hi Y.A.H, The sole and midsole are exactly the same. The differences being the materials used in the upper and the lacing system.
Hi Tom, The stiffness is exactly the same. The sole unit and mid sole are the same, the differences being the materials used in the upper and the lacing system.
Thanks. Are you expecting more stock - they’ve nearly sold out already!
More stock is on its way and those missing sizes should be available again early in May. Check back with us then or set up a stock notification email so we can keep you informed.

I have huge issue buying shoes my size is real US15, not many brands produce shoes with semi-automatic crampons compatibility which fits on my yeti feet, this is real US15 size.
I have been using Scarpa Ribelle HD for around 3months on two bigger trips. I can say that shoes are great! Comfortable, warm enough and have place inside for warmer socks and what is most important NO BLISTERS! I love them!

Hi Karl,
no, for Mont Blanc the isolation of the Ribelle would not be sufficient, you would need something more insulated lake the Mont Blanc from Scarpa, or something out of the Nepal Series from La Sportiva.
Kind regards,
Marco
