Hi Erika,
In this case I could not recommend that you go up so much in size and given that you a narrow foot you may well be better looking towards Scarpa or La Sportiva as they will fit much better for you but if you wish to remain with Salomon I would suggest you stick with your normal shoe size or no more than a half size up. The only way to know will be to try on and there's no problem with ordering a couple of pairs to try on at home then return those that do not fit for a refund.
