Product description
Excellent weather protection and a minimal weight
The Westalpen Swisswool Jacket from Ortovox is an impressively functional, lightweight and warm insulated jacket for mountain sports. Featuring a Pertex Quantum Diamond Fuse outer, it’s guaranteed to be wind and water-repellent and very abrasion-resistant. Plus, its high-quality Swisswool fill has two different thickness levels to provide the right amount of insulation at different body parts while keeping weight and pack size to a minimum. Another special feature of the sustainably-produced Swisswool fill is that it can still provide warmth even if it gets wet.
Practical features
The jacket is equipped with a soft lining and a storm hood with a high-cut collar to keep the elements at bay and ensure you remain warm. Some other great features include the pre-adjusted cuffs and width-adjustable hem.
In addition to the weatherproof properties, it also offers lots of freedom of movement thanks to the special High Reach Fit with longer sleeves and a long torso. The jacket is completed by a 2-way front zip, so you can operate it even with a climbing harness on.
