Product description
Extremely lightweight, but very robust: the Peak Light 40 mountaineering backpack by Ortovox! The backpack is one of the real lightweights for demanding mountaineering - but doesn’t sacrifice technical details. And with the climate regulating Swisswool-Tec-Knit back system it is also super functional. If you want to save more weight, you can simply remove the waist belt, pick holder and lid compartment. The rucksack achieves this at just 780 grams.
The processing of the particularly tear- and abrasion-resistant material means the backpack is robust but still very light. The special triangular design of the lid allows a variable adjustment for rope fastening without slipping. The lid is completely removable can be stored in the main compartment. When the lid is stowed in the main compartment, you can still easily reach its zip pocket.
What else does the Peak Light 40 have to offer? It impresses with integrated features such as a rope and pick attachment, pole carrier, helmet carrier, gear loops, a hip bag, a map pocket and an all-round zip for quick access to the main compartment via the front. Safety equipment can be securely stored inside with the safety attachment. There is also an emergency card, chest harness with signal whistle, compression straps and light interior colours. With the Peak Light 40 you simply have the perfect companion for multi-day mountaineering!
