Hi Monika,
Airing out after use and wiping away any dirt / stains with a damp cloth will be fine most of the time but at some point you may want to wash it.
30 Degree synthetic cycle , low spin wash with a down detergent. Drying is then the important thing and best to use a tumble drier at a low temperature (30) and for a long period. For a jacket like this it will easily need 2 or more hours to dry properly. Also a good idea to add a tennis ball or two into the drier to help declump the down and give the jacket a good shake in between cycles.
