I bought these boots for the harsh days of winter in the city and for the wet/medium difficulty hikes in the mountains of Greece. They're pretty solid and very comfortable. True to size. the only thing that caught me by surprise but in the end it doesn't bother me that much) is the difference of colour between bergfreunde's site and reality. i bought the titanium-light ice boots which seemed more on the side of beige (on screen) and actually they're clearly grey. So, pay a little attention to the colour you choose.
