The Extended version offers excellent breathability with low warming ability.Made from injection-moulded EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate), this wedge material is ultra light, damping, durable and abrasion-resistant.Asymmetric lacing adapts to the foot's anatomy and enhances precise footwork as more pressure can be applied to the big toe.These multifunction Approach soles are the result of the many years of footwear experience of the Mammut Footwear Design and Development team. The gripex rubber mix offers optimal adherence and good abrasion resistance. Additional functional highlights include lugs inspired by the claws of mountain lions, flexible ribs, lightweight EVA IP wedge and the patented Mammut Rolling technology.
