The waterproof jacket is made for extreme conditions and will constantly keep you dry no matter what the weather has in store. Plus, wind also has no chance of penetrating inside the jacket. As for the hood, it’ll protect your head area against both the wind and rain, it can easily be adjusted to find the perfect fit over your head or helmet and can even be handled whilst wearing gloves.
In addition, if a strenuous climb is coming up ahead, the Nordwand Advanced waterproof jacket’s breathability properties will come into play. As a result, the temperature inside the jacket will equalise and moisture will be transported to the outside to where it can evaporate and the inside will stay comfortable and dry. But that’s not all: the jacket also comes equipped with various pockets to stow away your valuables.
