Product description

A revolutionary climbing shoe devised for a new climbing concept: more instinctive, fluid and natural. The special features of this shoe provide maximum sensitivity, allowing the foot to function naturally guaranteeing complete freedom of movement. The slip last construction combines suede and microfiber fabrics and the rubber applications on the upper are not only aesthetic options but also help maintain the shoe's original shape and guarantee maximum grip and abrasion resistance. The low profile sole has the aim of reducing the distance between foot and the rock surface, thus enhancing foot sensitivity. The P3 (Permanent Power Platform), used on the Miura VS model, allows the shoe to keep the downturned shape through time. Thanks to these features, Speedster allows the climber to approach the rock in a totally new and more natural way, whatever the difficulty level. It's not the grade that is important but the way you tackle the problem. Welcome to a new interpretation of climbing!

tight fit

The speedsters are great - no edge technology sticks some of the tiniest footholds and the slip on construction means they are very easy to put on and take off.

But the fit is very tight and if you have wide feet - consider 0.5 - 1 size up form your normal climbing shoes size, unless you want to endure the painful sensation...

Love at first try

I have always gone for solutions and was very happy with its performance.
The, I bought second hand speedsters for training only and save the solutions for outdoors but fell in love and never wore solutions again...
I´ve been wearing the speedsters for the past 5 years or so, going through different rock types and styles, mainly bouldering. Also, climbing tons indoors and I don´t see any chance of going for another pair of shoes!
The best aspects are the toe box and the fact that, being soft, you don´t need to break the shoes in. I get 3 sizes or 3.5 sizes down and still can wear right from the box without much trouble!
As people say, when in love you don´t see negative points... still can´t find down side!! =)
Best shoes all around!
