Hi, I'm UK shoe size 7 (EU 41), with broad feet. I'd like a pair with a comfy fit for low grade bouldering and trad mountain routes - not super tight so I have to take them off every 15 minutes What size (sockless) would you recommend? Thanks
Hi Marc, Mythos is not the best choice for wide feet. Try the TC pro in size 39.5. https://www.alpinetrek.co.uk/la-sportiva-tc-pro-climbing-shoes/
I have a pair of Mythos I bought back in 2007. They are size 39 - has the sizing changed since then? I'm asking because they fit perfectly but are way smaller than my usual shoe size of 42. Thanks!
Hi Tim, we're not aware of any size change since 2007 but as is always the case there could be a change in your foot size. The size of the shoes can also vary depending on the factory where the shoes had been made. We'd highly recommend that you order a couple of pairs of these to try at home then return those that don't fit for a refund.
We know there's a fair amount of stretch with these but we would normally have suggested to go no more than 1.5 or 2 sizes down from your normal shoe size.
