Product description
If you’re a challenge-seeker who loves adventuring on mountains, then you’ve got to equip yourself with the G5 Evo from La Sportiva. These technical trekking boots guarantee to keep the rain, cold and wind at bay and offer excellent traction on both the snow and ice.
Now, let’s take a look at its amazing features: They are equipped with GORE-TEX Infinium Thermium technology for excellent insulation, especially in the sensitive toe area! And, this material wraps around the tip of the foot, including the midsole, to prevent the cold from reaching your foot. Especially when you’ll be securing or taking a break, the boot is guaranteed to keep you toasty warm! In addition, the boot consists of four layers of insulating fabric, which are as follows: a durable, water-repellent Cordura, insulating felt, a polyethylene insulation to fight off the cold and a breathable, insulating GORE-TEX Infinum Thermium layer.
Plus, a wide hook-and-loop closure at the collar, a water-repellent zip and a convenient BOA closure system guarantee the perfect fit! As for protection, an inner gaiter keeps both the snow and rain at bay, while the wide PU TechLite rand protects against abrasion caused by ice, snow and crags. But that’s not all: the fully crampon-compatible boots are equipped with a non-slip Vibram Matterhorn sole that features a climbing zone to provide excellent traction on steep terrain. And, the Impact Brake System optimizes the braking effect on descents!
The G5 Evo won’t ever let you down during your winter mountain adventures!
