This is probably my favourite of the kmz giga range. I love the shape of this and can get bith hands on it. It's great on my incline wall. All of the KMZ giga holds are excellent. The surface is really grippy without ripping your skin to shreds. They're great shapes and I love setting routes with them.

Non-slip surface
I ordered 4 of them. They are pretty good holds and useful at your home wall to practice rock over movement with your heel. Just enough of size to imitate the movement. Also, home wall dyno movements are doable with KMZ Giga holds.
