Klymit - Klymaloft - Sleeping mat tested

This is the closest thing I've come across to a real bed when camping. It is incredibly comfortable and packs down really well. I added a fitted sheet designed for a caravan single bed (2ft) for a bit of extra comfort and to protect the mattress. I also bought a cheap pump sack to inflate it but found it was the wrong size. Klymit make one but it's pricey so instead I now use a small USB-C charged air pump to inflate it. It's ideal as you don't want to be blowing this up yourself - both because it'll take a while and because you'll be adding moisture to the inside. The insulated version wasn't available when I bought this but the r-value for this one (2.1) isn't bad. On cooler nights it's well worth adding a roll mat underneath to bump the r-value up - or go for the insulated version and save on carrying a separate roll mat.
