The Shoe Rascal AMP cycling shoes from ION provide excellent traction both on and off your bike. They’re equipped with an aggressive rubber sole that offers maximum traction on forest trails and gravel. The shoes even offer you the possibility to ride on flat or clipless pedals, so you can use it on any bike.

Plus, they feature laces and a wide hook-and-loop fastener that can be operated with gloves to find the perfect fit. In addition to the toe and heel reinforcements, they also have an additional pad to protect the inner area of your ankle. This will reduce the risk of getting hurt on your bike’s frame or crank. And thanks to the thick, cushioning midsole, comfort is guaranteed.
