The Mafate X Hike from Hoka are walking boots that are particularly suitable for long tours. They combine the light feel of a running shoe with the stability of a classic walking boot. The carbon fibre plate provides noticeable dynamism when walking.

The Vibram Megagrip sole provides reliable grip, even on slippery or uneven surfaces, and the raised neoprene cuff stabilises the ankle and protects against dirt and moisture. Plus, reinforced stress zones make them particularly durable, which is ideal for hikes with lots of scree or changing conditions. In addition, the speed lacing system with hooks ensures a secure fit.

The integrated RECCO reflector is a real advantage in terms of safety as it enables rescue teams to locate you more quickly in an emergency.
