I'like it - but it could be improved

Bought it, love it, use it every day - I do wish some things could be better, though:

- the lower part of the shoulder straps is not gentle to the skin
- no inside pockets - one or two would be great
- the mechanism that adjusts the shoulder straps and the closure on top is made from cheap plastic and doesn't work that well, as it loosens up too easily. I had to have it replaced.

Other than that it looks great (my boyfriend says he can always spot me in the crowd really easily - I bought the bright orange version of the backpack), it's very spacious, fits the hand luggage dimensions perfectly and is robust and waterproof.

Highly Recomended,

I would go for other darker colour as the one I choose gets dirty easily however I have to say its easy to clean.
