Gregory Stout 55
Used for 4 months in South America. A mixture of travelling but also took on 2 four day hikes where it was used to carry tent, food etc.
Performed well in both arenas. The zipped main compartment was very useful for the travel aspect of our trip - so much easier to find what you’re looking for.
The sac worked well when treking - the shoulder & waist straps & adjustable torso enabled a comfy fit to be achieved.
The zip compromises the waterproofness so when tracking make sure everything is in a waterproof bag (but I guess most will do that anyway), rather than rely on the rain cover.
