The Essence from Grand Step Shoes are knitted barefoot shoes made from hemp, Tencel and organic cotton. These natural materials not only ensure a comfortable fit but also excellent breathability. The sock-like construction adapts perfectly to your foot and allows you to walk flexibly and effortlessly. Plus, a small amount of elastane improves the fit and increases the flexibility and freedom of movement of the shoe.
Direct contact with the ground and freedom of movement
The thin, flat and flexible sole facilitates direct contact with the ground and plenty of freedom of movement for your toes. This supports a natural movement of the foot and strengthens the foot muscles. Last but not least, the sole is slip-resistant and offers a secure grip on various surfaces.

I have used them for a month now. Not my first barefoot sneakers. They are a really good combination of barefoot featrues, quality materials and cool design. The sole is not paper thin, which is important if you walk on urban terrain mostly. The toe room is very generous, feels great, but it gives the shoes a little dumpling looks. Maybe a little up on size. But that doesn't matter if you were them casual with baggy jeans or extra long skirts.
