I have had these trousers out in all sorts of weather now other than snow. I had hoped they would be good but they've surpassed all expectations. For an autumn / winter trouser they are ideal. the wool material is excellent, robust yet not too heavy. Good colour (I had the Forest Green) and the size for me is great in terms of leg length although I suspect for shorter people the legs might be a little long.
I have had them for about three weeks now and they really haven't let me down and I would happily recommend them to anyone wanting a new pair of hunting trouser. Excellent array of pockets without overkill, stretch material in the right places, good detailing like the hook for over the boot lace etc and reinforcement in the right places. most importantly they are completely silent when stalking through heavy undergrowth

Used for tracking/photography, these are a great weight of trouser for autumn/winter. Robust without feeling heavy, and very capable through thick scrub. They are quite long and I sized down for a slightly slimmer fit.
First impressions are that the trousers a very high quality, and include some nice details including a hook to go over boot laces. When I looked at the trousers on screen before ordering I was a bit worried that might have been a bit 'bright', but on arrival I'm pleased that they are the exact shade of 'olive' that I had hoped for.
Worn just once so far on a 8 hour track through open moorland, thick heather, and stood up very well. Happy to recommend.
