Hi Craig,
for a comfortable fit, I would recommend sticking to your street shoe size or half a size up. For a more snug fit, size down about a half size.
Best, Erik.

I bought these in mind to be comfortable, yet versatile in the types of climbing I can do in them. I'm a size EU 45 and bought same size, they fit perfect. Looking forward to seeing how they progress in the future.

Hello Mairead,
Men's models usually have more volume than women's models. Most women's feet are narrower than men's feet, so sometimes there are models for both genders.
Best regards
Paul
