How waterproof is the Finkid Lila?

It's listed as 'highly.water repellent' but what does that translates to in a Cornish rainstorm?

Hi Lucy, the jacket can hold of some rain, but there is a fair change that some water will come trough in a cornish rainstorm. The jacket is not 100% waterproof. Best regard!
