Insulates well
Pro's of this mat are, it insulates well from the cold ground non slip and easy to inflate with the bag also deflates fast and easy to pack away.
Con's. The mat is not very comfortable at all, I had a dreadfull nights sleep, and It leaked the second time I used it and now it is useless

Hi kay and very sorry it took so long to get back in touch, I can not send pictures due to me throwing this trash in the bin, I am now very sceptical when it comes to these mat's and considering I got one nights use from it. it is very disappointing and yes I should have returned it but couldn't be bothered with the hassle. We ended up buying two carp fishing beds £70 each and will last year's however we can not carry them when wild cramping so maybe look at another brand and something more robust....
