Hi Nick, The Ialian fit of these will be fairly regular rather than wide. Very similar to the fit of Scarpa or Garmont.

I have just bought a size 5.5 which is what I wear in the dolomite shoes and Scarpa boots but they are a bit tight so I'm going to try the 6
