I really like this parka but it does come up small. I wanted a loose easy fit so I ordered one size larger than my current lightweight Didriksons parka. That was still a bit snug so I ordered two sizes larger and then I was happy with both the fit and the style. I like all the practical details like the fully adjustable hood and the capacious pockets, but the main thing is that is is fully waterproof which will make winter much easier in our windy, rainy Scottish city.
Alpinetrek handled the return of the smaller size parka smoothly and efficiently.

I’m loving the feel and fit of this coat. The hood is huge which was what I wanted. My only disappointment is with the front pockets which are placed too high. I have to bend my arms to put them in and I stand with my hands in my pockets a lot so it’s annoying
