Compatibility

I have the kid comfort 1 rucksack but can’t seem to attach this chin support. Is it not compatible? It attaches via the toggles at the top but there aren’t any press studs on the rucksack (that I can see). Thank you.

Hi Victoria ,

This is not compatible with older Kid Comfort models which you have. (I assume yours is from 2013 or so)
